Product
PARYLENE
Features and Advantage
Parylene is a polymer of xylene. It forms a unique "conformal, pinhole-free coating" through evaporation, cracking and polymerization processes. The film thickness can be controlled between 0.5um ~ 100um (microns). The coating It is a thin film coating polymerized at room temperature. It is uniform in thickness, dense and pinhole-free, transparent and tough, contains no additives, does not damage the substrate, and has excellent electrical insulation and protection.
Advantage
- Conformity
- uniform thickness
- Waterproof and moisture-proof
- Anti-mildew and anti-bacterial
- Stress-free
- Corrosion-resistant
- High dielectric strength
- Low dissipation factor
- high chemical resistance
- RoHS & Reach Compliant
Parylene coating equipment

Field of Application
Parylene coating has been widely applied to various high-value industries in Europe and North America, such as medical, military, aerospace, automotive, electronics, precision industry and museums.

Medical care
- Parylene material has passed the US TOXIKON certification and is listed by the US Pharmacopoeia as a Class VI medical plastic that can be used for various implants. It has biocompatibility and can inhibit bacterial growth.
- Specific applications: pressure sensors, hearing aids, ultrasonic sensors, cardiac assist devices, stents, prosthetics, needles and epidural probes, urinary catheters, drainage tubes, etc.

Military& Aerospace
- It has extreme resistance to harsh environments and help components block out dust, sand, moisture, chemical and biological agents.
- Specific applications: Military vehicles, Aerospace, Drones, Artificial satellite.

Electric vehicles
- It is resistant to acid and alkali, Also , Strong Coating insulation protection reliability.
- Thinner coatings have better heat dissipation for components, better molecular structure of coatings, and smaller dielectric loss and dielectric constant at high frequencies.
- Specific applications: Sensors, Semiconductor, etc.

Electronic devices
- Strong Coating insulation protection reliability. IP68 Waterproof.
- It is resistant to acid and alkali and organic solvents, and has excellent barrier protection ability against harsh environments such as water vapor and salt spray.
- The insulation resistance of the working surface will not change.

Museum
- Parylene Coating is not easy to absorb moisture from the air, and form protection on the fiber surface, and can be preserved for a long time.
- Specific applications: Antique, Calligraphy, Ancient books.
